It was easy get in and out quickly. The rooms were clean and warm in the winter.

Reception staff members are all very friendly and helpful. They were particularly helpful in resolving a duplicate account issue I was having. My massage therapist helped me to relax and focused on the specific areas I wanted to address as I recover from a lower back injury.

Been very happy with entire experience including scheduling, personal care and follow-up. Keep up the good work!!

The people at the front desk who checked me in and out were really wonderful. They did not pressure me about anything and made me feel comfortable and welcome. The massage was a great amount of pressure. Really enjoyed it.

Clean, staff were friendly and nice, knowledgeable masseuse. I felt relaxed when I left.

I first visited this location in Sept 2021 and immediately was impressed and felt very welcome in the environment. I immediately decided to begin a membership at that time. Alysa is the best massage therapist, knows anatomy very well and always offers helpful tips to problem areas due to the nature of my work or specific events that cause me pain. I absolutely plan to maintain my membership with this continued and valued service from all at Lakeview location!

Mary was very sweet and focused on my problem areas and was able to help make recommendations. I would absolutely visit her again! Staff was friendly as well during check in and check out. Always a pleasant experience at this location
