Everyone was very welcoming and booking an appointment two days before was very easy. The woman I worked with made me feel super comfortable and was really easy to talk to and knowledgable.

Receptionist knows me by name (was the same receptionist who helped process gift cards by phone on Sunday and hold them until my appointment Tuesday). Cody, my massage therapist, is terrifically consistent in providing high caliber massage.

Every visit is fabulous from the moment I enter the door. Reception is always on point and know my name and greet me. Alex, my therapist is literally so on point with my needs and is outstanding! I was so incredibly relaxed I caught myself snoring a couple times! 😲 I love my visits with Alex!

The service was completed very professionally. The massage therapist was obviously skilled. The front desk was also super friendly.

The spa was very clean, The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapist handled all my issues with extreme care and left me feeling so relaxed and pain free.

I had previously booked with the location on Michigan AVE. Due to my work schedule and my son's school schedule I was difficult to get it all together and the day we were scheduled for I was informed that the building will be closed for plumbing issues. It was a disappointment considering all the time it took to get a day and time that would work for everyone in my group. However the Linconln location worked on getting my family in and everyone had a great experience. Needless to say we will ALL be back.

I had waxing services with a lady I had not met before. She did an excellent job and was very pleasant to work with. She was careful when waxing my lip, an very sensitive area which can hurt a lot. Because if her skill it did’t hurt a lot.
