This was my first massage in 11 years. It was everything I remembered and everything I needed. Alex, my therapist was FABULOUS and Alex and Alina at reception were warm and welcoming and extremely helpful!

Alysa was great! She was kind and made sure to check in with me about the pressure.

The staff at Hands and Stone are very welcoming and nice; one of the best customer services I have ever experience. I also loved my esthetician, she obviously knew what she was doing and what my skin needed. I am definitely coming back and would highly recommend.

Hannah is phenomenal! I have noticed such an improvement in my skin after seeing her and I never feel pressured into buying additional products. She explains each of her recommendations after I have expressed specific concerns and those products have been wonderful. Overall, the whole team at this location are so friendly and have made me confident I will keep my membership. I was not satisfied with my initial massage, but after returning for another massage my experience was great and I decided to maintain my membership based on that experience and my facial sessions with Hannah.
