Overall, is always a good experience with everyone there. Never really had a bad experience and for sure will highly recommend the location to people.

My therapist focused on the areas I requested

My esthetician is amazing and I love going to see her. My skin always feels so soft and amazing after a service. I also really enjoy trying new services. But I’m being priced out with the increase in prices that is going into effect in March. By the time that change goes into effect, it’ll be 20 dollars more a month than when I signed up. That’s quite an increase for less membership benefits!

I was greeted warmly and sincerely. They were very kind upon check out. Therapist did exactly what I asked for.

Elise was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. She focused on my problem area and gave helpful suggestions on how to alleviate neck pain.

Alex did an excellent job of addressing my problem area and provided a relaxing massage with great results.

This was my third time and it was by far the best experience. Kody listened to what I had to say and did a great job. I really wasn't sure how to articulate what I needed/ wanted, but he figured it out! My only issue was that the massage didn't start until 11:10 am and ended at 11:50am, being only 40 minutes when I thought the massages should be 50 min.

Staff is extremely friendly, caring, and compassionate. Everyone remembers us. It's a very pleasant experience.

Naomi is Amazing and I recommend her to everyone. My membership is originally from a different location but I started coming to this location. There were a lot of changes in the staff and I see there has been some changes in this location. The current front staff members are nice but it was shocking to see all new staff members as the previous were very positive awesome customer service. Naomi’s schedule had changes as well which affects my availability to come in. I also would like to see decompression cupping being offered at this location.
