I always have a good experience with Hand and Stone. The reception area is always really tranquil, and the receptionists are very nice. I love my regular massage therapist - Jovani. He is literally the best massage person I've ever visited. He uses a lot of pressure and it's literally perfect. And he's really nice/funny to talk to.

Kitty was very friendly and attentive to my problem areas. I also received a facial from Natalia and she was so friendly and very knowledgeable.

The quality of massage for the price is my ultimate reason for the high rating. My therapist listened and addressed my needs. I left feeling relief from so much tension.

Elise is an amazing therapist. I used to live in the city and came to see her at the Lakeview location in Chicago. I recently moved to Elmhurst, where I continued to receive stellar service at that location. BUT I drove into the city after a snow storm to come see Elise. I appreciate that H&S keeps therapists around for a long time. It says a lot about the environment corporate must provide and I like knowing the people I enjoy seeing are sticking around.

Jovani is a really good massage therapist. He used firm pressure and relieved problem areas. Very cool and nice.
