Hand and Stone

I love going to Hand and Stone for all of my spa and wellness needs. Natalie was an incredible esthetician and I love going to Ian for my massages. I love H&S so much I got everyone I know gift cards for their own services for Christmas.

The front desk was able to switch my appt last minute when I had accidentally booked for the wrong day. Massage Therapist did a great job helping me relax while also working on the areas that needed deep tissue. Appt was kept right on schedule and checking out was so simple.

My experience at hand and stone was an extremely professional and enjoyable one. The staff were friendly. The ambiance was so calming. The spa appeared clean and well-stocked. I enjoyed my massage and facial. I plan to visit again!

First of all, the receptionist were professional and kind. I was made to feel valued and important. When getting a facial, I felt like time was taken to do a good job. I like the response I got from my daughter and children. They said that my face looked bright and shinning.

Andrea does a great job. She explains everything as she goes along. My skin looks so much better!

Loved that the bed was preheated. There was no downtime during the facial. She let me zone out and completely relax.

My massage therapist really focused on my neck and shoulders. She asked a few questions but during the massage was quiet and let me feel relaxed. And everyone in reception was very friendly and not pushy!
