I've been working with Andrea for a few months now, and I am very happy with her. She remembers me and works on what I/ my skin needs.

My therapist listened to my description of my problem areas and concentrated on those areas but also gauged his time well enough to provide me with a full body massage that was both therapeutic and relaxing!

It was better then I expected, from the reception area to the privacy of the room and the lighting it all made me feel comfortable and relaxed ..

Andrea did a great job. I was comfortable during the facial and felt like she understood my skin's needs. My skin is glowing today and I was happy to go without makeup.

The only reason I won't be back in the next 90 days is because I will be out of the country. I had a great experience. The only recommendation I would make is to allow someone to book multiple services during the online booking. I wanted a massage and facial but was only able to book one of the two when I booked online. I was able to book the other after emailing with someone who works there so it's not a big deal but could help book additional services. My experience with both Sarah and Brodie were excellent.

It’s always wonderful at the Lincoln location. Happy to learn more about new ownership and see what things are in store for members.

I felt very comfortable as a new client with the massage therapist. Ian. No hard sell on the membership. Presented features of membership in a consultative manner.

Sarah is the best. She is always on time and is attentive to my requests. The overall spa is clean and there is a good variety of services offered

My therapist is always amazing and does a great job. She also gives me ideas on how to avoid tight muscles. I can't wait to go back soon and see her.

As my first spa experience, the staff was extremely helpful in making me feel comfortable. I did not feel overwhelmed or confused at any point on where to go, what came next, what was going to happen, etc. I came in for a facial thinking I'd never get a massage or anything of the like, but the staff certainly proved me wrong and I'm looking forward to coming back and trying something other than a facial!
