I received an appointment on the day that I called. The staff was warm and friendly. The massage and facial were excellent and therapists were professional and caring. They listened to any issues or questions that I had. The entire experience was very positive; it was my birthday and I felt quite gifted with the special price and very kind people at Hand & Stone.

I was greeted by friendly staff and felt well taken care of throughout the duration of my visit. Both treatments were great. I left feeling calm and relaxed.

The membership is a great value for anyone that enjoys getting regular massages. The staff are very professional and very welcoming.

Receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable, shared options I may want to consider without being pushy or "sales-y." Therapist was friendly, was responsive to questions without being overly chatty. Appreciated the post-massage feedback on how I can help continue the therapeutic effects of my massage at home.

The aesthetician listened to me and created an appropriate facial. I was satisfied with the facial and asked her to make notes so she can do it again next time. She said she will.

Jarred is great masaage therapist- don’t have to tell him where/what to do, he knows exactly what to look for and makes your masaage specific to your needs!

I have been here for facials before and was not satisfied. I am glad I met Maggie, she is very professional, knowledgeable and was able to give me very helpful feedback as well as a plan on how I can improve my skin.

I was very impressed with Sara for my appointment. I could tell that she was very knowledgable about anatomy and was able to treat the root of my problems, not just the symptoms. I often leave a massage and have the same symptoms return within a day; however, i am still feeling incredibly relaxed with noticeably less tension in my body.

Curtis was great. He applied the perfect amount of pressure and was extremely friendly. This is the best massage I have gotten at this location. The front desk staff was also very friendly and inviting. Just what I needed!
