Naomi is great and the make receptionist with long hair and glasses ALWAYS have Amazing customer service! I can’t think of his name at the moment. I love my membership and encourage others to join. The website mobile app needs modifications compatible with membership. My membership does not show on the app nor allows me to book. I book in person after each appointment.

Everybody at this location is fantastic, from the reception folks (I wish I could remember their names because they're almost always the same people when I come) to my massage therapist Alysa. Everybody makes the place so placid and welcoming and I always leave far more relaxed and happy than when I came in!

Everyone at the spa is very professional, and also friendly and attentive to my needs. I look forward to my monthly massage with Elise. She is a superb therapist. Actually, the appointment is one of the highlights of each month!
