Zip is THE best therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. The place itself is always well taken care of and the staff is always kind.

The esthetician talked about each product she was using and why she recommended them. She also encouraged a collegian facial based on my skin problems

Very efficient in getting me in the room on time. Very effective in administering needed techniques to my most problematic areas. I was very relaxed and felt and slept much better after my massage.

The massage therapist, Ken, was awesome. Every time, I feel like he really understands what I am asking for, and I feel like he goes above and beyond to make sure it’s a good experience. He is very respectful, and the entire experience was comfortable.

Its all good, but they say 1 hour but its all done in 40 minutes thats little dissatisfying

I received an amazing massage in an extremely peaceful setting. The therapist asked and listened to my requests before she began. Occasionally checked on me. And Gave me suggestions to try between visits. What she did not do: she did not tell me her life story. She did not forget my problem areas. She did not give me the impression that she would rather be somewhere else. I’ve already made another appointment t see her next week.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean. The samples are a nice trial.
