I was extremely impressed with the receptionist —they were positive, very knowledgeable—explained a lot of the options I had to use with my gift cards and special offers—

The receptionists are always very welcoming. Tommy (massage therapist) honestly has a gift. He also does a really great job at making you feel comfortable. I literally felt like I was sinking into the massage table, I was so relaxed. Pressure, focus, comfort, and knowledge. I also had a few facials and they were great as well. So sad I can’t remember her name (not my strong point) but she’s very talented, informative, and gifted.

I am not a frequent customer and typically come when I can eek out some time in my day. That said, I much prefer Hand and Stone over the competition. Everyone is welcoming and pleasant and I don't feel pressured to buy things I don't want. With my most recent experience I honestly had one of the best massages I've ever experienced. Dawn was perfect and I left feeling SO relaxed.

Michelle was fantastic. She was appropriately conversational but also knew when to pause conversation to optimize relaxation. She listened to my pressure preferences and was extremely respectful and skilled. I will continue to request appointments with her
