Facialist was excellent. She explained each step what she would be doing. The shoulder neck area massage was outstanding.

Love getting a facial from Maci. She's always nice and does good work. My skin always looks amazing afterward.

I've been coming to H&S for years now, and continue to have consistent, positive experiences. A number of staff don't even ask my name - they say "Hi, Chris" when I walk in, and let me know Ryan will be right with me. So easy to get in/out, book appointments, and there's usually plenty of staff to get everyone checked out quickly.

Sharon was fabulous, just the right amount of pressure. I liked the sugar scrub and the lotion too
