The experience was very nice and calming. The lobby is comfortable and feels relaxing and calm. My service provider was very professional, explained some of the add-ons I selected, and helped pick out another option that produced a better outcome. The actual facial was very relaxing. It was exactly what I had hoped for.

Jada the Receptionist was warm and friendly Dawn, the massage person was very capable Ambience was soothing

My massage was great. I felt very relaxed after the massage was over. Dawn applied the appropriate amount of pressure and helped my stiff shoulder to feel much better. My only concern with the experience was the amount that I had to pay for the massage. The $130 plus $25 for a tip does not afford me the opportunity to come back on a frequent basis.
