I got exactly what I needed/wanted and my provider was just so sweet.

Kristyn, my esthetician is fantastic. She knows her product which makes it very easy to ask questions and request different products to try.

Great massage, peaceful, friendly

Everyone at my location is very friendly and helpful. The spa is always clean and comfortable. My biggest complaint is getting into see certain therapists. They have changed how far out you can book, which makes sense, but it makes it harder to book appointments. I will see how this change works. On a side note I have a pretty flexible schedule and it is still sometimes hard to get an appointment so I can't imagine what it would be like if you were limited on your flexibility.

Esthetician was friendly. She was interested in me and what I wanted. She checked several time though the session wanting to know how I was.

I like the cryo session that I had and I will continue these treatments but I really struggle with wanting to keep my membership based on availability of massages. It takes forever to get an appt and then when you do get an appt the therapist cancels on you and then you can never get back in again. I understand emergencies happen but the amount of times I have been cancelled on is excessive.

Hand and Stone is professional, clean, and top quality. They could offer more appointments outside of regular office hours to allow for working members to have more appointment choices. My therapist was absolutely fantastic at listening to my concerns and addressing them!

There were no issues. Everything was fine. Jordan was a very good masseuse.

It was nice and relaxing.

Love it here. Always friendly and excellent employees.
