When I arrived at Hand and Stone, I was met with a friendly and calming atmosphere. My massage therapist was knowledgeable and spent ample time on my problem areas. I will be back soon!

I was a former member at the Hand and Stone location that I visited for the survey. Through the pandemic, and for sometime afterwards, the quality of therapists had gone downhill, with many leaving, and it was also very difficult to secure an appointment which led me to cancel my membership. I decided to reach back out as it’s been a while and was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was new management and a new group of massage therapists available. The receptionist matched both me and my mother with excellent therapists suited to our needs, and I was truly truly impressed with Ashley Ann’s service that I received. Her techniques, physiology knowledge, pressure and warm demeanor made the massage incredibly satisfying and something I would certainly come back to experience again. I’m glad to see that this location seems to be on the upswing after going through a pretty turbulent couple years.

I am a caregiver to my husband, so the massage certainly helped the stress I’m under. The therapist used the correct amount of pressure on the areas of my shoulders & back. I would definitely recommend him. I have another appointment with him in two weeks.
