The reception staff is always very welcoming and expedient on appointment arrival. The therapist is always on time, ask about health and therapy zones/needs, then executes on items discussed. Facilities ambience and cleanliness are always refreshing/welcoming. Checkout is a simple process post therapy, a worthwhile investment for your health.

It was clean and quiet. Nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly. My massage needs were not only met but the therapist did an amazing job. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my experience, which can be hard for me to do. She took extra care to listen to the areas I wanted massaged and the pressure was exactly right. She checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied throughout. But she didn't talk too much and allowed me to relax. Wonderful job. I've paid more for massages in the past that I was way less satisfied with. This is why I've chosen to spring for the membership. The therapist was great!
