I actually had a 90 minute massage with Julia that was fantastic before my facial so that’s a great starting point. Kassandra called me early for my facial because she knew I had a 15 minute wait. She spent a good amount of time inquiring what I wanted and then made helpful suggestions and price shopped add-ons to use up a partial $$ amount on my account. Great experience overall. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and funny…a total asset to the company!
