The therapist was extremely attentive to my problem areas.She took the time and listened very well because she executed very well.

Ahmad is the best therapist. I drive 30 Minutes every 2weeks for massage w/ Ahmad and have been doing this for 3 years. I have been a loyal customer of this location 3+ years. It is not convenient to go to this location but I go for a skilled massage therapist. I go every 2 weeks for 90 mins. 3 times in 7 months I have been told my appointment which was already booked would have to be cut to 60 mins because on weekends around Valentine’s Day/Mother’s Day &now weekends there are only hour long massages. This has been very irritating, I have complained each time, managed to get the scheduled appointment I had booked way in advance. You can not accept a booking& try to change it at the last minute. This is unacceptable. I will write negative reviews if this foolish policy stands. I can’t understand why the owner wants to alienate a long time, loyal regular customer. Does that extra 30 mins you can book make up for the loss of my regular business&my membership? I tell everyone I know to go to H&S east for Ahmad and will not be able to do so if you don’t change this idiotic policy.

I appreciate the ease of getting in and out. The therapist is EXCELLENT she is kind and thoughtful. Always listens to what I want and need! I like the fact that they keep it quiet in the hallways so there isn't any noise. The music is relaxing and the heat on the table is just enough to relax!
