The girls at the front desk are always cheerful and helpful. I love the smell when I walk in. Azizi the massage therapist is excellent! I always feel so much better after my massage. The oil is the perfect weight, non greasy! They are punctual and I appreciate that is a priority for them.

Nadine is a true professional and takes the time to understand my skin concerns. She knows and remembers me and is so friendly and sweet I look forward to seeing her. Luz, the receptionist who made the reservation was a breath of fresh air. Super knowledgeable compared to my past experiences...which weren’t horrible but she stands out

The esthetician did a wax on my lip and then a facial. What ever she applied BURNT my face. I sat straight up in the bed and expressed my pain and discomfort. I asked her to remove what ever she was using which I believe was an exfoliating scrub. She used a HOT WET TOWEL which drove the heat in! When I left no one bothered to say your face is blistering and what to do about it. No one bothered to say I’m going to check on you or if it gets worse call us. When I got home and looked in the mirror I could have cried. I was up most of the night with the burning. It’s 24 hours later, I have called 4 times asking for help, sent pictures, but no one has bothered to call me back!!! Jessica the manager promised to call but has not. I was told she needed to talk with Nadine. I have been kicked to the curb and obviously you employees do not care.

I was able to get in same day. Ahmed was amazing! Best massage I have ever had. He expand my tightness and things I can do daily to help until I come back in.
