I am a new member where I joined a week before COVID-19 lockdown arrived. Donovan provides a great message each time I visit Hand and Stone in Boca Raton, FL. The front desk staff are very pleasant to work with as well. Great experience!

My first attempt to book an appointment through the online application was unsuccessful at first, but once I called it was set up promptly and pleasantly. Both my facial and massage were relaxing and mt targeted areas of concern were professionally attended to. Thank you!

The staff member who booked our appointments booked them for the wrong day. Luckily the next day was still available.

Shelia was great. (I think she is the manager) Always welcoming and friendly. Staff is very professional and I feel comfortable at that locating.
