Donovan is a great massage therapy he knows his craft. My shoulders and back were tense and he worked on them patiently. I tried the pumpkin foot scrub for the first time and was satisfied with the results.

It was so nice and the massage therapist knew exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable. The only negative thing I would have to say is the front desk associate didn’t seem knowledgeable in the membership questions but the manager stepped in and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to come here every month!

Love the fact the i was able to make an appointment day before for the time that I wanted. The only thing I was disappointed about was that after my facial I looked in the mirror and I had mascara running down my eye lid and she never cleaned it or address the area which in my opinion it is important to put treatment on

my massage therapist was able to detect the highly stressed areas of my body and provided the right amount of pressure to relax these areas. I felt much better after the massage than I had felt when I first arrived at your spa.

My massage therapist, Ahmad, was very knowledgeable and experienced. He worked on the area of my back that was causing tremendous pain and stiffness. I slept better that night than I have for quite some time.

East Boca Raton location: My massage therapist whom I had been to three times before is excellent and extremely knowledgable which is not the norm in a business model such as Hand and Stone- I know! I've been to many "chains" before and I know they don't pay therapists that well. They keep Amhad so busy (they know if a new person gets him then they will most likely sign up) that I'm afraid they will burn him out and I'll have to find another therapist. The receptionist Shantell whom I've interacted with before is friendly, knowledgable about the products and programs. As a salesperson myself, I recognize her "upselling" me which is what she should be doing always suggesting little add ons-and it works. I want to hire her myself!! I've had facials there as well. They were good but I didn't get the full time of treatment a few times. I like the fact that microdermabrasion is offered but when I get that add on, I feel like they skip a few steps within the facial and that makes me mad. Next time that happens, I will say something about that. Good job with this location as I cannot vouch for others.
