Janely made us feel very welcome and assisted with an issue related to our over the phone appointment scheduling. (My girlfriend, who is a hand and stone member, scheduled our two-person massages for 11am on Sunday 12/8, and advised that she alone was to receive calls/emails/texts related to the visit, as my massage was a surprise for my birthday. However, all calls, emails and texts came to me. That’s fine. We get massages together in various places we visit often. Anyway, Janely handled updating Corinne’s account issue effectively and quickly). Maribel was terrific re my massage.

This is the first facial that I’ve had in many many years. I’m not a fan of the mist, and Nicole was very understanding of that and agreed to turn it off if it became problematic but meanwhile she just distanced it a bit more for my face. She was very gentle, and I am definitely going to schedule another facial with her in the not-too-distant future.

Very friendly and Knowledgeable. She addressed all my needs and gave me some very great ideas. She gave me her hours and asked me to come back and said she hoped to see me again there I felt very welcomed. I think I’m going to get a Christmas present which is going to include a massage

My esthetician was extremely professional and knew exactly what I needed. It was a very relaxing experience and my skin felt great after the treatment. I typically go for massage but was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my treatment was.

I have several therapists that I request regularly. My only complaint is that they are so good it's not always easy for me to get an appointment. However,I'd rather wait for a great massage than get an okay one. As far as places in Babylon village, this is where I go!
