I felt the people who did my massage and facial were knowledgeable in what they were doing and the products used. They suggested things to upgrade to that were specific to me and what I wanted/needed. Nicole was great in suggesting products to purchase after that we’re what I was looking for.

The Hand and Stone in Babylon Village is amazing! From the time you make your appointment to the checkout, everyone is professional and takes time to greet the client. The massage therapists I have had have been very professional and certainly know how the human body is supposed to Function!

It has been easy to book apps at this location (Babylon Village). A masseuse was recommended based on my preferences and I was so pleased that I booked the next appt with her at the end of my session. I have used several therapists for facials, and while I have my favorite, I am always open to trying new ones as they have all been very good and never disappoint.

I loved Lisa. She’s extremely knowledgeable about ingredients to target my concerns. I really enjoyed my service.

Overall I'm pretty happy with Hand & Stone Nicer rewards for loyalty would be nice.
