The therapist, Penny, is highly professional, knowledgeable and effective.

Vanessa is effective therapists. Her compassion and skill shine through in her massage. Although I think ALL the therapists are highly skilled and talented there, Vanessa is one of my favorite therapists and most importantly one of my favorite people!

My original therapist was out sick but Justin was able to take me a the same time. He was AWSOME, so nice and listened to my concerns. Great massage!

The esthetician who performed the facial, Nicole, made my facial experience relaxing and rejuvenating. Her professionalism and attention to detail set the bar high for any facial experiences I may have with a different esthetician in the future. Once I decide to schedule another appointment for a facial at Hand and Stone, it will be with Nicole.

I have only had one service at Hand & Stone so far after using a gift card I received. When entering the spa I immediately felt like I was in a calm, inviting place and that feeling continued through the service given.

The staff was very courteous upon my arrival and made me feel welcome. The masseuse was very professional and welcoming. The massage was relaxing and hit all of my problem areas

My technician was excellent and very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and had practical advice for me. I was very happy with her service.

John my massage therapist was amazing as always - highly skilled, knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I did miss Andrea behind the reception desk. She is always a welcome, warm presence. And she is very knowledgeable and helpful when I'm considering what services/products to purchase.
