Having Lisa O. as my esthetician is pure bliss. She knows exactly what my skins needs to glow! She takes her time to explain and educate on what is going on with my skin. She recommends products and techniques to help improve the condition of my skin. Her massages are so relaxing. She is full of positive healing energy! Highly recommend her!

I have always had excellent experiences with Cathy at hand and Stone. I have not once been dissatisfied in any way.I’ve had massages for years and she is, without a doubt, the best therapist I’ve ever used!

Everything was great! I didn't like the fact my appointment was for 1 pm and wasn't brought in the room until after 1:10pm. The session ended @ 1:58 instead of my full hour. I do understand that I had another appointment @ 2pm for a facial massage. So, I understand the massage therapist wanting to make sure I was on time for that. I suppose it was okay my massage was cut short but I hope if I didn't have another appointment immediately following my massage that I would have indeed have an hours massage. Thank you to both my facial and massage therapists!!

Sarah is wonderful. She does a thorough study of my skin each time before starting the facial, and explains everything she is doing.

The therapist, Penny, is outstanding in knowledge, massage application and friendliness.
