I am highly satisfied with the massage therapist, Siah. She is excellent & the reason I became a member is because she is very good at her job. The staff in the Babylon office are very pleasant. Overall, I had a great experience!

I have had 2 instances where I booked an appointment, but it never made it to the schedule. One time I arrived for a massage appointment, which I had booked in person after an appointment, only to be told that there was no appointment for me that day or even the next week. I thought I might have been there the wrong day. The second time, I needed to camncel an appointment and was told I wasn’t on the schedule that day. Again I thought I made a mistake with the date, but I wasn’t on the schedule the following week either.
