Lisa was the estitician that gave me a facial. She was very knowledable in what I Product’s I should use and how to help my skins appearance at home. The location was very clean and welcoming. All of the staff I encountered were very professional but friendly.

I love the ease of making an appointment, and the therapists Ive seen Cathy and Claudine and they are both great. I have a really bad back and I always leave feeling better and more relaxed. The front desk is very friendly as well, I’ll be back.

I was highly satisfied because Hand and Stone has high standards for their services. From the time I entered, to the time I left, everyone I encountered was friendly and very professional. I was very relaxed when I left.

Very professional and great facial

I was able to book an appointment very easily for the same day. The facial was just what I wanted and needed with great advice for skin care and products to buy/use. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable about the services and products.

The Babylon hand and stone is a great location and they have great service and a very friendly staff. I never have a problem when I visit that location

I found the whole experience to be a pleasant one; from booking to check in and the service. If I had to find one downside it would be that the massage was under an hour. I will likely go for the hour and a half massage next time.
