The Hand and Stone Babylon location is very nice and upon arriving the associates were very friendly and welcoming. Sarah gave me my facial. She was very professional and knowledgeable about skin care and what care I should be mindful of for my skin. Sarah was a delight and her care and concern for me as her client was evident by her questions about my comfort. When I learned of all the options and benefits available to members and the no enrollment fee currently offered and how great my skin felt after my facial I knew I would want to return so decided to become a member.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone because the minute I walked into the reception area, I was pleasantly greeted with smiles. Also, the wait wasn't long at all since I did have my appointment. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions. Oveall very professional, clean and the atmosphere lovely.

I felt very welcome. I was always kept informed when the therapist was engaging in a new move or area of my body. When I was done with the massage, I was able to easily book a new appointment.
