Valerie was very kind and her massage was very relaxing. Next time I may see if a deep tissue massage is a service offered in order to help with some aches and pains but I was very relaxed and enjoyed my time at hand and stone

This massage experience was fine. The two prior facials were disappointing. The diamond glow did nothing. My second dermabrasion told me the diamond machine keeps breaking. Two facials not satisfactory and when I said some I was dismissed. Thats why I will not keep my membership.

I believe satisfied- as a response- is sufficient

Not enough appointment times available Some noise in hallway heard during massage

I wasn't expecting to be left with redness that is still in one spot after the appointment. I also broke out around my chin a couple of hours after my appointment. I assume that the products are to blame for that?

Appointment availability. Even when scheduling my next appointment there wasn’t much availability. Next appointment is almost two months out.

I asked for deep tissue pressure in my back, and deep tissue pressure was not applied.

I was satisfied. It wasn’t the best massage I have ever had. It was ok but I’m looking forward to trying g another therapist

Room Way too cold for me. I did tell the therapist I wanted heat Lotion to be warmed would have been nice. Therapist hands cold Not enough pressure during massage

I felt like the sunlamp for the facial was too strong, my eyes hurt for two days afterwards and the steam blower was too hot
