Too hard to get appointments

Music was loud and it was fast guitar music? Very distracting and unlike the usual “spa” experience.

The prices going up will definitely deter me from going to the spa. $30 for a basic add on to the classic facial is outlandish!

Wish there was more pressure during my massage. I had asked for more pressure and it improved a little, but was not as strong as I would've liked.

I thought the receptionist could have been more welcoming. I did not know my therapist name. There was no introduction?

Facial was excellent but I want a firm massage and not getting it every time I go . Last Time was a few Years ago

I wanted a quiet prenatal massage and that did not seemto happen unfortunately :(

I'd like to see more personalized recommendations for skin type.

My 12 pm appointment started at 12:06 and ended at 12:49 which means I got a 43 minute massage. Not happy about that

The massage was good and helped me feel relaxed. The massusse was very nice and knew what she was doing. After I left I still felt that the muscles in my hips/back were still very tight and pressure wasn't firm enough to work out those kinks. It was still a good experience, just not great.
