I didn’t like that it started a couple min late and ended a few min early. Also I told her I like a lot of pressure applied and she wasn’t able to do that. It was very light pressure, like someone just repeatedly putting lotion on me.

The reflexology add-on that I received was not what I expected and at times a bit uncomfortable but overall the massage was excellent.

Making appointments is challenging especially when requesting a specific therapist.

The massage was not what I expected. I explained that I had upper back and shoulder pain and that I preferred strong pressure. This area was the last addressed and the pressure was not strong. She asked and I specified but it did not increase. I have had many massages and I would not rebook this therapist based on technique and skill. She was very nice and pleasant.

I think the service was overpriced. My facial used 3 packages due to the recommended upgrades.

The massage was supposed to be for an hour. It ended before the hour.

The services are satisfactory I may be traveling for several months and will not be available to make appointments
