Satisfied - as long as my regular therapist remains an employee. also wished there was a city location.

There was an email I received offering $20 off. Owner said was sent in error. When I arrived for appointment I brought up Again. There was no visible disclaimer to the email eventually they honored it. Said this one time. If I receive an email with company name and address I expect it to be valid

Pushy on expensive enhancement. Inaccurate knowledge of packages/membership.

My massage therapist was very nice and welcomed me warmly. The massage was very intense (and usually I do prefer more pressure) but it was actually painful at times. I should have spoken up and told her to stop because her massage was hurting, but I didn't which was my fault. The next day I was in so much pain on the area she worked on. It was not a normal soreness that I've experienced before but my shoulders and neck hurt so much it made my ears ring and I felt nauseous. After about 24 hours of icing on and off the pain subsided and I felt better. While I know this is my fault for not speaking up, I want to trust that the massage therapists are knowledgeable of techniques that will help and not hurt. When the receptionist asked me how it went I felt awkward telling her that it wasn't good, especially in front of other clients. I hope I can find a therapist at the Babylon location that was as good as Christina because her technique was the perfect balance of relaxation and treating my painful areas.

It was a good massage and everything was clean. It is just so expensive.

Estheticians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Front desk staff could use some training.

The therapist did not ask me what I wanted in terms of any areas to concentrate on. I told her my body was sore especially my legs. She didn’t apply any pressure, she just glided her hands across my body. If I return for another massage I won’t have her as my therapist as if wasn’t effective.
