The add-ons for facials are a little pricey. For 10 min of LED light, it's $40 which seems very overpriced. Especially since this is taking away time from the regular facial. I wish some add-ons were more reasonably priced because I would be more likely to indulge more often and regularly to help my skin.

60 minute massages are in fact not 60 min but 40-50. Even when adding a scalp massage I was out of that room in 50 minutes. I'll go elsewhere.

Booking my appointment and the actual massage and facial were great. ZERO problems with the service providers for the massage and facials I enjoyed both services very much. Spa is clean and comfortable. My Issues: 1. Reception desk incorrectly charged me 2. I was called back for their billing error - completely ruined my relaxing experience that I paid deeply for 3. A chest facial, that lasts not even (30) minutes should NOT be $109, more than a standard facial. How does that make sense??? 4. I had to use (5) services. (5)!!! to complete my booking. Insane. 5. Value for services is starting to decline, especially in our current economic climate 6. You need to consider allowing members to redeem points and banked services for products. Why do points only need to be utilized on service appointments? I pay $80 per month - I should be allowed to allocate this towards anything I desire, be it appointment services and/or products. 7. As a long time member, I am considering canceling my membership over these issues if improvements are not made. 8. There are many providers in the immediate area that provide more positive value. My Estheticians left & she was amazing ! So I signed up & then she was gone . The new ones I have had seem to have down time in between my facial with a lot of banging things around . Diffenitly not what I had gotten use to .

There is always room for improvement. Otherwise there is no room for growth. I prefer to speak with staff as the website can be tough to navigate.

Penny was my massage therapist. She was knowledgeable and focused on my problem areas. I was very satisfied!

The massage was good don't get me wrong but I feel like for the price it could've been a little bit better. I may try a different masseuse next time. I also didn't start the massage until about 2:15 when my appt was at 2 and it ended at around 3:05.

The massage room was slightly brighter than I would have liked.

I was taking into my appointment late my appointment ended early and there was lots of pressure points done but not much actual massaging
