The massage was good, but it did end 4 minutes early. I wasn't satisfied with the entire experience. I was brought into the massage room and just told to get undressed to my comfortability. When you hear spa you think they have a locker room where you can change out of your clothes into a robe where you can go into the room from there. No not at all. I also thought it was ridiculous that you had to pay extra for the essential oil smell. This is something that should be included. I also didn't like how I was being asked to upgrade to other features. I was there to relax and its annoying being asked for extra features. Especially at the end for check out. The first time price was 80$ but the next time would be 120. I would never pay 120 for such a lousy, mediocre experience.

I was very satisfied with my experience, however my massage ended 10 minutes early, which I was not very pleased about since I am paying for the full experience.

I was satisfied with the reduction of hyper pigmentation. I expected to have less breakouts immediately but it was reduced.

The masseuse was sweet and kind. However I felt like she didn’t know how to give a hot stone massage. The scalp massage was great!
