Hand and Stone

It was great but was my first experience here. I'm looking forward to returning and getting my facial next week. I also look forward to trying out different massage therapists so I can see different styles.

Katherine is fantastic. Would highly recommend getting a facial with her. The only issue I have is hand and stone raising the prices. Not sure if I can continue my membership.

I was treated rudely upon arrival. I was asked to fill out forms on ipad, I couldn’t livate the second form sonI had to ask where the second form was. When I Asked an older blonde women esthetician if she could assist me, she said I dont do paperwork walked away in a huff. I would have left if she happened to be my esthetician, thank goodness she wasn’t. Nonetheless, My appointment was delayed about 15 minutes and I did not receive the time at the end. When asked about this I was told not to worry about it since the appointments are really only 50 minutes. To be honest, Christine the esthetician was wonderful. It was your front desk staff that made me uncomfortable.

I had the same therapist for approximately 3 years and he knew exactly how to work my body, product, pressure, time on each area. I'm giving this new person a chance and I know everyone is different but it's going to take some time!

The massage therapist was very nice, massage was good but her hands were cold and the bed wasn’t warm so getting into a cold bed sucked. I have always had a heated bed, not sure if it just wasn’t turned on. and that made for not the best experience.

I think the point system is confusing and it’s annoying that you can’t use your points on any type of add on. T

Everything was very lovely. My skin looked great. My face was a little sore. The person who did it had a heavy touch at times but overall I was pleased with the results.

No one asked if I had an area to focus on, the massage was disappointing.

I felt like my massage therapist was not able to provide the correct amount of pressure that was required for a proper massage and used way too much lotion. My facial was fantastic.

Overall I love the Babylon site. It has a Relaxing Ambiance from the moment you open the door. My only complaint is that usually with facials I will also have my decollete cared for and this time around my neck was not included in this appointment.
