The only disappointment was that I had included a scalp massage but my massage therapist was not notified, so I didn't receive it. But I didn't get charged for it, so that's ok.

I love the membership but there is never any availability and booking out 3.5 to 4 weeks is hard when I don’t really know my schedule at that point. Giving it another try if it happens again I’ll be cancelling. Membership

I was not asked if i had any areas of concern

The online booing has never worked for this location and I had missed out on many points. The packages run out even though you’ve paid for them. So you don’t get anything for that money. Wish the packages lasted longer so I wouldn’t feel like I spent a bunch of money on nothing, that adds stress to my life and the spa is where I like to spend money to relax and feel good about the ‘spending something on myself’. But I think because of my work schedule I have missed out on many of the packages I paid for and that has added more stress to my life not less. So for me, I’ll pay as I go and check out options.

This was my first facial at hand and stone. Diane was wonderful and I enjoyed my facial, just feel I need to experience it more to get to highly satisfied.

My massage therapist was lovely. She told me she recently started working at Hand and Stone as a therapist. She asked Me if I had any problem areas and I told her. I requested more than once for her to use more pressure but she never really did. I also asked for A hot stone upgrade and the front desk never told the Theapist.

Appointments at Babylon are hard to come by. I have to book way in advance. Month or 2 out to get my time

Notdisatisfied but appt availabilty is not great with the cost. Sometimes need to book 2 months in advance

Difficult to book appt within a week. Slight delay in reception area due to one receptionist. Not enough time massaging problem area
