Not even having membership for 15 days, fee went up. Woke up day of appointment not feeling well (was already charged for membership) was told I would be charged for another 1/2 of the session if I didn't come! Didn't want to get anyone sick, but money was more important to H&S...Very disappointing!!

My girl did not ask questions about my skin issues or offer any suggestions about skin care (what I was currently using, etc.)

There was an issue upon checking in where the gift card I was sent didn’t work in the system because they said the “system changed”. They were very nice about it but it took a while to get it figured out and their first thought was that I entered the info wrong… but it wasn’t me at all.

Trying to get two appointments together we told they couldn’t accommodate us & this was two months worth of trying. The receptionist on the day of my visit was short ( attitude) . I wasn’t happy but then on way out he changed his attitude for the better .

There are obviously not enough personnel to accommodate the demand for massages. Unless you book at least 1 month in advance you are not getting a convenient time and day for a massage.

All staff wonderful and facility beautiful. Massage place just as nice near by has better prices.

Therapist was using light pressure asked to increase pressure which they did for a short time but then the pressure returned to light.

I felt like I was being given a sales pitch to use my full gift card amount rather than the services that would specifically benefit my skin and issues.

I was not expecting a male therapist and it am a religious observant woman. My bare body is only for my husbands to touch.
