Hand and Stone

It’s nice there but it is difficult to get an appointment there due to COVID rule they are very booked all the time I had made my appointment 6 weeks in advance. It’s a beautiful hand and stone and the staff is lovely I prefer to book a week in advance

Pressure was not as hard as other therapists but maybe because it was her first time working with me. Everything else was super awesome. She was very attentive and polite.

It took 4 weeks to get an appointment with the therapist I preferred. However I was informed that they just hired three new therapist so perhaps this will help.

Availability of appointments.

John was my go to therapist. I heard he's leaving next month. Unfortunately that might be a deal breaker for me. Unless you have another therapist that meets my standards like John. If there's any way to retain this employee please do so! I love the location and the ambiance and would hate to leave.

I never put highly satisfied

I originally call to book a massage but it is extremely difficult to find appointments. So I settled for a facial. Service was good. Everyone was very polite.

The therapists here are great, but the front desk staff is very uncooperative. Twice in a row, I have been charged an extra $25 “up charge” which cannot be explained and both times, months apart, I was told there were”issues” with the computers. The therapist bundled the add one to equal a package, yet each time there was an additional charge. I have cancelled my membership and will be writing to the corporate headquarters. All the relaxation from my massage was gone after dealing with the front desk staff.

Asking me to touch an I Pad that is being used by all staff and customers. Very unsanitary. If they have questions, they can ask and put the informationn into the I Pad.

Facial did not go the full 1 hour amount. It started late and ended early even with an add on
