My fiancé has account and I was charged a tranfer fee of $10 after she paid is ridiculous.

I was highly satisfied with my visit

I am usually extremely satisfied with my experience at hand and stone. The massage I received this time was to focus on my back and neck, but I didn't feel as though I even received massaging on the lower back. A lot of pressure was put on the back of my neck which I had never had before in a massage and the upper back area was decent, but I felt it was pretty different than what I had received in the past. I still enjoyed it and felt relaxed after it was just not exactly what I was expecting

I love this place

To use one of your member packages to give as a gift to someone I couldn't get a gift card. All I could get was a certificate with my member info on it. It would not look like a gift it would just look as a transfer.of service and it looks tacky and it's not what I thought when I had options with having a membership.

The cost of the massage. It would be great to have promotions where everyone wins.

Seemed robotic. Had a lot of discomfort with the pressure and could not relax. Not enough time on neck and head compared to other more relaxing and pleasurable treatments.

the room was a little chilly and i felt cold at some points of the massage

I’ve been there before and just felt I have had better massages overall. Reception was very kind and professional and Cathy was nice. I have just received better massages. When I come back I will just ask for someone else.

Called several times to make an appt. Placed on hold for 5 minutes then call dropped. Tried email for appt but no response back. Finally had an appt but want me to notify 48 hrs before if I want to cancel or pay full fee???
