I booked online sand wanted to use my SpaFinder gift card and was told when I got to the location that not all locations accept SpaFinder. I had to pay instead of using my gift card but was given the intro facial and Nicole did a good job. I wish she would've addressed more of my clogged pores around my nose but I thought she did a great job and my tip reflected that. I wish they had other membership packages as well. Every month is a bit much for some people and maybe a discounted package for one every 3 months would be nice to offer. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The service that I booked online were also not available (express facial) but that was remedied by replacing it with the intro facial.

Was just fair Didn’t really feel welcomed

Receptionist told me the price for a member eyebrow waxing was $10. I specifically asked if the price had gone up and she told me no. No I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter. I asked if I could use $ from one of my packages towards this and she told me The only way to do that was to apply the entire package which was $69 and I would lose the rest of the money?? When I went to check Out the cashier told me I owed $45 For the eyebrow waxing. the cashier had to go in the back and ask twice what to do! They did honor the $10 each that I was told but they were not happy about it. Over Charging for an eyebrow waxing is ridiculous.

I was satisfied, but I don't think there was more value than any other spa.

Although I was unable to book online, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was clean and smelled very good. The waiting room was not crowded so I felt comfortable.

I was not asked to complete a pre service questionnaire My massage therapist was wonderful but she did not massage my arms at all

Massage therapist more concerned with sales, used to more relaxing and skilled professionals

Highly satisfied. Overpaid for membership packages.

Time was cut short and therapist did not put enough pressure on areas.

There were a few more extractions that could have been done and while she told me the products I am current using are not right for my skin, she didn’t suggest alternatives. She also rubbed my back/shoulders even though I just got out of an hour massage, so maybe something like a head massage that wasn’t targeted in my body massage would have been nice
