I’ve had better facials elsewhere

I thought it was supposed to be an hour. The facial was only 45 minutes.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone.

The online website can be tricky when making an appt. I can click on the person's name and then if I go to sign in, or back out, the name becomes unavailable. I am dissatisfied with the amount of oil options. I've gotten massages in third world countries and they have more oil options (for those allergic to fragrance, etc.). Hand & Stone should at least carry basic coconut oil as an option. One time I had to cancel because I forgot my oil when I arrived, and another time I had to run to a nearby store to buy oil. I was given wrong change when I checked out - but I understand this could be a simple oversight/mistake.

The place was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. My esthetician told me she was going to recommend some products and leave them with the receptionist but I didn't get any

Had a hot stone massage scheduled and I did not receive hot stones. I was refunded the cash but tipped my lady too much since I tipped her for the hot stone massage but did not receive it. Receptionist and manager were a little scattered and lacked communication

Difficulty making appointments with my preferred provider. Scheduling is the only part that is not the best

The therapist for my facial started the service 15 minutes late. The therapist for my massage started right on time.

I am satisfied with the services I received. The only complaint I have was the wait time between massage and facial. I also feel like it would be better if there was a private room guests could wait in between services .
