Hand and Stone

I understand that the hour appointment includes time for consultation and dressing; however, my appointment started late, and I was in the room for under 50 minutes. This included the time to get undressed and dressed before and after my massage and time to talk with my therapist. I enjoy having a membership, but I have not been extremely satisfied. As an ongoing paying member, I am dissatisfied that my massage had been cut back so much. I extremely enjoyed the massage during the duration of it, and besides the time, I would like to see that massage therapist again. However, after consistently paying for this monthly membership, I am unsatisfied to not receive the full expectation of what I am paying for, I feel taken advantage of as a customer.

Was very good but could of been better

I feel the prices are too high, when I joined it’s was $59.99 nobody told me prices were being raised to now $79.99 & you charge me two visits for one hour!

I felt like charging 2 packages PLUS $20 was a bit of an excessive price for the new dermal infusion facial. It wasn't as though it was a longer service. Although I liked the service I don't feel as that was s great value for the time spent

Appointment does not start on time.

Overall, enjoy the experience. I have had great massages and facials. I mentioned this on the last survey, front desk seems bothered when I check in. I am usually interrupting their socializing or texting. The first time I went there I was greeted, someone brought me water as I waited, I was given an upgrade list to look at. After that (and I have been there several times since), I haven't received the same service from the receptionists.

No complaints at all. Cleanliness and therapist was very good

The tip suggestion in front desk starts at $20 labeled as "good service" and $30 for excellent service. In my opinion $20 would be for excellent service for a $70 facial.

Wasn’t taken into room until 910 and was done and dressed to leave at 10pm. The massage was great but it didn’t start til 915- I do understand that things run late and that they close at 10 but I was there at 850 But was very happy to get appt which I called and booked an hour before the service

I was highly satisfied with this hand and stone overall, but I will be terminating my membership as it increased $10 per month. I feel this increase should have been for new members, not existing ones.
