Too much pressure where I was in pain and expressed this to the therapist. I was not able to relax. I felt uncomfortable expressing how I felt to the therapist because he stated this is how he gives massages.

My therapist was friendly but almost too friendly, she spoke for the first 15 minutes of the massage and I didn’t want to make it awkward by asking her to be quiet

My first massage with John I thought was excellent. My second massage with Jacob(I forget his name) was pretty good but not as great as my first. I was a little annoyed that I showed up 15 mins early and both times we started 15 minutes late and we ended a few minutes early. I woudlnt consider that a "60 minute massage" as advertised. I would say it was a 40-45minute massage.

I was highly satisfied

The only thing I wonder about is the time. I never seem to get the full hour massage - it is more like 50-55 minutes. Is this the standard practice? Other than that I am very happy.

This particular visit, the receptionist was not welcoming. It was clear she didn’t want to be there at the moment. She was very short with me as I checked it. I noticed she wasn’t as friendly to other customers who walked in after me. She did not say my name as other receptionists usually do.

I wanted to treat my daughter to a service using one of my packages. I was NEVER told there is a “transfer fee”. I find this to be a money grabbing tactic.

Cathy always provides the best massage experience. I am consistently happy with my experience. I would easily recommend her.
