Hand and Stone

When I called to make an appointment I was put on hold several times so the receptionist could get the answers. Also, I wanted to book a facial and massage together, one right after the other, and I could not get that. I live 1/2 an hour away and work two jobs. I do not have much free time so I am cancelling due to fact that I cannot get appointments that are good with my schedule.

Availability for a message is always booked. Need to know at least two to three days before hand which is difficult for me. I have over 17 visits on credit!

The two girls in the reception area all they kept talking about is how they didn’t want to be there and they were hoping someone didn’t pop in to check in on them. I’m pretty sure I should’ve been offered some type of upgrade list but I wasn’t. The aesthetician offered me the upgrade in the room which I think I had a coupon for but I’m not really sure. Usually when I leave the receptionist are very friendly and gently get me to book my next appointment but I really didn’t feel like they wanted to be bothered so I left without making my future appointment

esthetician lisa is always amazing. front desk staff are usually young (immature) and not knowledgeable about services and costs.

I didn’t have cash for a tip & the receptionist said I could add it to the credit card. After the transaction was done I wanted to make sure that Lisa got the full $20 right away so I asked them. They then told me that she would eventually get it on her paycheck & that it would be less than $20 because of tax. I was disappointed & told them they should have made me aware of that before I put it on the credit card. I would have rather run to the ATM to get the cash.

This was an adequate experience. The facility was very nice and the staff were very nice. However, it seems like a lot f money to basically lie down and have someone wash and moisturize your face.

I started the program for the cost of $60 but now the fee has gone up $10...and I don't see the point in the program if I can just come in any time and pay the $70 for a massage, the program isn't giving me anything special except for an upgrade to a service when all I want is a basic massage.

My appointment started 15 minutes late. It's nearly impossible to get an appointment with the therapist/esthetician that I prefer. When I finally do, I expect it to start on time.

Overall the appointment was satisfactory except for the fact that my appointment started almost 10 minutes past my appointment time.

Absolutely loved my esthetitian Sarah. Facility is nice but I feel like it could be made even more "zen". Could offer more products to sell
