I had a 60minute massage booked but it only lasted 40minutes. It started 15minutes late but that should not mean I do not recieve the whole hour I paid for. If previous appointments are running over they should not effect what other clients pay for. I was extremely disappointed that I did not receive a full hour.

I am always highly satisfied with my Esthetician, Lisa. My problem is with the front desk staff. While pleasant, they are not very confident in providing availability information, especially on the phone. There always seems to be an issue dealing with them. I will continue my membership and have referred many family members to Hand and Stone, but only because of the quality of services provided, not the front desk staff. If I had to base my membership on the front desk service (in person or on the phone) I would go elsewhere. I am sorry to tell you this.

Very clean and is convenient to my house, which I love. Receptionist to therapist very friendly and knowledgable. They carry a nice line of products

Was not told when I made the appointment that I had to not use my topical face cream for a few days before facial even though I asked about it when I made the appointment and was told just fill out the sheet when I got to the appointment

I felt that I should have been told that Ana was running behind. No one in the reception area apologized for the delay . Ana my aesthetician was the only one to apologize several times.She was amazing and made me feel very welcome

I specifically asked for a female massage person. I was told I had a woman. Antonio was my massage person. He was fine and the massage went well. After specifically asking I was disappointed and would not return To this location because of that. No one noticed and no one cared. Massage was at noon on 12/29 whomever was in reception that day she be spoken to.

Checking out took 30 minutes. I was charged incorrectly twice. The receptionist never apologized for the errors or the amount of time it took to correct the mistakes. The relaxation needed and received from the service were quickly replaced with frustration.

I arrived for my 12pm appointment at 11:57 and was never advised I needed to arrive early. The time on the clock in the massage room was 12:13 when my masseuse entered the room to begin. The massage was terrific. However, the massage was over and I was getting dressed at 12:57. I was disappointed, as I was under the impression I was receiving an hour massage.

The main reason I was not satsifed was when I was leaving, I wanted to apply the tip to my card on file. The receiptionist did it for me, but before finishing she said next time I need to purchase an additional service in order to charge my card for the tip, or use cash. I have been to an array of massage places, and never have I had a caveat for using my card for the tip. I never carry cash on me, nor have the money to purchase additional services. So if I go in next time and am denied to be able to tip on my card without buying an additional service, I won't tip the therapist then and will cancel my membership. This is a money grabbing tactic and in the end, will hurt your therapists more than help the customer.
