Hand and Stone

It would be nice if the waiting area could be more relaxing w/dim lights. Also I had throbbing on and off annoying pain in left arm above elbow for 2 days from too much pressure - a nerve irritated it seemed. Otherwise massage was fine except had to tell therapist there was too much pressure a few times.

The reception/check out staff were all extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. My esthetician seemed a little taken back by the fact that I was pregnant even though I had called twice to make sure it was OK that I had a facial while pregnant. It was also apparent that she didn't do her research on my prior facial services at Hand & Stone. However, after the brief confusion, she provided a great relaxing facial.

The service started late and was not a full hour. You are not getting what you pay for. As the customer who shows up early to their appointment, is taken back 10-15 minutes late and then your service only lasts about 40 minutes. That is not what your customers are paying for.

Staff were friendly, time waiting was minimal, and had a wonderful experience. The location was easy to get thete and has parking spaces.

The heat on the bed was not working.

The products recommended to me after my facial, the location didn’t have samples available. Otherwise my experience was great!

MY overall experience with my facial was great. The woman was great. The only thing I do not like is that I am going there for relaxation, and I feel that they are only trying to sell products. I understand that they probably make a commission on whatever the client purchases, but I think it is a bit rude.

Difficulty utilizing website for bioking appointment. Every time I try to use online booking ultimately I cannot complete the transaction due to an issue with the website

It appears that if you are not a member or decide to join the receptionists are not satisfied.

The first time I called for an the appointment, the receptionist did not have the days that I needed and instead of just making me aware, she was a little rude and said that I should have called further in advance. I was actually calling because I received a call from Hand and Stone stating that I had services on my membership that were not used. I did not schedule my appointment with her. I called back the next day and spoke to a very nice girl who was accommodating and polite. I ended up booking my appointment with her.
