I felt as if the employees were overly aggressive in bumping up services and selling products. Sometimes people can only afford what they made an appointment for and should not be pressured into upgrading or purchasing products.

I was recommend a moisture barrier product and when the therapist went to put it aside for me there were none in stock.

On this experience I was for the most part " highly satisfied" but on previous calls (approximately 2 weeks prior) I was unable to book an appointment for the time I needed.

I don’t see noticeable difference in skin, the products don’t thrill me and I feel like I’m in a hair salon. Other spas it’s more of an “experience” with quiet relaxing reception area , dim lights & relaxing music.

The “hour” massage is 50 minutes not 60 minutes

Did not mean to check that. I was satisfied

I came here for a wax and could not understand why the woman’s brazilian wax was $70. I have never ever in my life paid for a wax that was that expensive, I could have drove an extra 10 minutes out to Hand & Stone in Bayshore, New York where it would have only been $55. Had I known this, I would have never came here. Nothing about it was too exceptional so I don’t know why it was a whole $15 more. But I did not argue with anyone and I still left a tip.

My friend and I were last due to circumstances out of our control. We started at 715 for a 50 min hands on maaage and the appt was from 7-8. Our massage was cut short of 750, however it was a Monday night and there was no appointments or anyone waiting after us. I wish they would have given us the full 50 minute massage In this case since that is what we paid for

When I booked the appointment it said 109 for a couples massage and 59 for a single. At checkout we felt pressured to buy a membership and when we did not, were charged 109 each. It felt a little bait and switch, but in your defense I saw these big advertised prices and ran with it without reading the fine print. My fault. But, I can go to any massage place in the area and pay about $75 give it take a few dollars for a similar service. Overcharging is your fault. Otherwise, the visit was pleasant. I had a stiff neck, it was massaged, but the stiff neck persists.

It sounded as if my massage therapist had a cold as he was sniffling throughout the massage. He could have excuse himself to blow his nose. He applied too much pressure on my neck and I am experiencing more pain than before. I had tension tightness and now have constant pain in my neck
