The reception area was very crowded and it felt like I was given the least amount of attention of everyone that was up there. I wasn’t welcomed by name and it seemed like because I wasn’t signing up as a new member I was given less attention.

The facial was nice but it wasn't anything amazing to make me "highly" satisfied but it was nice. It's also awkward when you're laying with a mask on for a few minutes. I'm used to some sort of massage during that time to pass the minutes while you wait. Thank you!

the only issue is that the front desk and some estheticians are too "salesy" and pushy. it gets annoying. i'm just coming to relax, not buy products. the esthetician that i had on 2/7 was excellent, and NOT pushy at all, and i liked her strategy giving me samples instead of walking me through the entire display of products like others have done in the past.

The facility was clean. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician was professional and took her time explaining everything to me.

Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable, but I prefer more of a spa feel when going for a massage. I look forward to the little extras that some spas offer to make you feel very comfortable, although I thought the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Massage started late and I only got 44 minutes of time not 50 for standard massage. I brought to front desk's attention. If bookings are behind schedule you should not short time next customer. I will not use this massurse again in the future.

I have a clotting disorder so I understand that the therapist did not put too much pressure. But I would've liked her to use more pressure on me next time. Also, the add one that we bought cut into the time of the regular massage. I feel like if a customer is paying extra the services should happen after the regular scheduled massage.

First of all, my massage therapist was excellent. The problem was that it started 15 minutes late and I felt rushed. It also lasted almost 45 minutes. When I brought that up to the front desk, they said it should be 50 minutes hands on, not an hour. But it still fell short.
