Highly is a term that I do not bestow on many. The experience was enough that i will be back.

I purchased a one hour massage but was only in the room for 50 minutes. The massage therapist asked if I would like hot towels applied to my shoulders which may help relieve some of the tension. The towels were barely warm, but I did not want to complain. However, I was very disappointed to later look at my receipt and notice that I was charged $15 for what the receipt showed as a hot towel foot treatment. I emailed Hand & Stone asking if this is common practice and did not receive any response.

The pressure is always light, for the value should be a deep tissue. If u add services it takes away from the hour u purchased already so its not really an add on. I always feel greasy, want a wet hot towel a dry one does nothing. I don't like when therapist is chatty

It was extremely high pressure to buy the products, which I love and did buy, but when I was getting my facial I don't want to be pressured to buy the products. I know and I want skin care recommendations from my esthetician, at the completion of my service. But I love my skin since the facial, and really see the benefits of the Exfoliant. I joined but I'm not convinced that I will remain if I can't stop being pressured during my visit. We will see next appointment. Great concept, good value, a lot of rules but necessary but once again they are stated too often.

I'm not crazy about when the aesthetician tries to sell you more treatments that rack up your bill. Once I said I just wanted what my husband bought me...the basic, which is $70, it was fine. I'm sure that's just the way it's done, so you can crank up the bill. But I find it annoying. It was a nice facial, but nowhere near among the best I've had.

In the past, I waited a 40 mins to be taken in for a massage. The therapist stated something about how the patient before made her behind. She was very nice and the massage was very good. But I noticed the time I went in and when I went out. Turns out I only had a 35 min massage because there was an appointment after me. But still I should of had the full amount because it was not my fault, I was 15 minutes early. And she not not say anything to me or the front desk about it. So I asked to at least not be charged for the cold stone face I got. The front desk was very nice and understanding and took it off. I also noticed out of thev3 products I bought that day they gave me one for free. Besides that one time, I've been very happy with their service. Just wanted to try a bunch of therapist to find the right one for me and the other day I did.

I would prefer a package price up front. Do not like that each time there is an upsell. Do not understand why I am paying a set monthly fee and still have to pay An upsell

Facial was short. About 35 minutes only. Some of the products when touching fAce were very cold!

I was very satisfied with the services. The only reasons I would possibly not be returning would be purely financial.

I made my appointment online for a deep tissue massage. They made me aware that it would be $10 extra. I've only had one massage in my life and it was at this location. But at the end of the massage I realized it felt no different then the regular massage and they didn't charge me for a deep tissue. I don't believe they knew I was in for a deep tissue massage. A little bit of a let down.
