Hand and Stone

I feel as if my masseuse was inexperienced while giving my massage. It wasn't terrible, how ever there were some things which caught me off guard. Feet should be massaged absolutely last. My masseuse started with my legs and then went down to my feet then to my back and never washed her hands in between. Also her symmetry was lacking, which quite upsetting and really offputting. Other than that, she applied good pressure and skill.

I was satisfied, it was a beautiful place . I do believe that a massage should be an hour not fifty minutes and in I don't like that everything is an add on

I have been to this location several times and always been very satisfied. Antonio has been my therapist in the past and he is amazing & talented, however he was not working so I tried another therapist who had an emergency that morning so I was rescheduled for 1 hour later with another therapist which was fine. The therapist that I had was by far the worst massage I ever had. She literally just rubbed oil all over me I felt like I needed a bath and a massage when all was said and done. SHe was a nice person so I felt bad and did not complain but I truly wonder what massage therapy school she attended because what I had done qualifies more as a rub down. She barely touched my neck, and did not massage my face or feet :(. I will be returning but am now afraid to try anyone but Antonio. Its unfortunate but I referred my husband and he did not enjoy his massage either, which makes me wonder ( he did not have Antonio).

I had better massages than what I got. Did not like having to add enhancements , it should just be part of the package. Deep tissue was additional , It was annoying.

An opportunity for improvement would be to have esthetician make your customer aware of the care instructions and restrictions for microderm abrasion PRIOR to giving the service.

I was very satisfied with my experience

This was my second facial. My skin did not feel amazingly soft As it did after the first visit (it felt so soft I couldn't stop feeling it). Instead, I felt like my skin was slathered in Vaseline. I also Have an annoying hair that wasn't addressed. The difference may be explained by the different upgrades I selected in an attempt to try different services.

Waited for 4:00 appt did not begin till 4:15 pm didn't leave till 5:30 and had to be somewhere

The massage was lacking the full body experience. Back was worked on most. Arms hardly any as well as legs.

I've got a call that I was one of the 10 customers who will have free facial or massage. But after visiting hand and stone massage and facial spa I was charged a full price. I am very disappointed that they misslead me.
